The owner had built something functional in Canva, but the location deserved more. A changing neighbourhood, a park full of character, a community looking for somewhere to belong.
The Idea
Celebrate the birds of Pymmes Park
The double-M in Pymmes offered a natural canvas for two pairs of wings, leading to a logo celebrating the cafe's location.
Brand System
A playful and inviting tone, with a palette rooted in the park itself.
Hand-drawn illustrations that celebrate the local community. The sage green of the original building anchors the palette, deepened with forest tones and lifted by a warm dusty pink.
